This thing is great, don’t need to worry about butane or having a match stink up the room. Charge and use for months and months!

Even after a full charge, the battery runs out in 3 seconds. I cannot even get it returned because I've kept it for a month. I expected a permanent lighter, but this product does not last longer than a gas lighter.Update: The seller was very responsive. I got this product refunded.

Lights candles and fireplace kindling very easy. Works better and is safer than matches.

I love the idea but literally it stopped working. First, i thought i needed to charge but after a long day of charging it and still not working i realized how this isn't made to last longer, i tried to return it and it's not letting me cause it's been more than 2 months with very few use. So disappointed! 😞Update!The customer service contacted me and offered a replacement which they eneded up sending me another one. I'm very pleased with the way they handled my complain and willing to work with their customers. I definitely recommend for anyone to do business with them. And really happy with my replacement, it works great! Thank you.

It's as bad as you suspect. Works well once and then doesn't charge
