These glasses are just okay. Nothing to really write home about. They do make a difference, but are a pain in the butt to wear.I have a hat size of 7 5/8, and these are so big on my head that much of any movement and they fall off. Raised up, sitting on top of my head, and they're so loose they can't even sit up there for 30 seconds.Maybe the pair I received were just that way, but either way they are pretty much unusable as they are right now. As a temporary "fix" I've added a rubber band so at least they won't fall off my face when I bend over to train or prune my plants, but it is what it is.I also have their LED pair, which is what prompted the buy of their HPS/MH pair, but the LED are a different design which is much, much better. Bad thing is the LED are made for the blurple lights and make things look a bit funny under white light LED's.So unless you have a giant melon sitting on your shoulders, you're better served getting a different pair. But whatever you do, at least get SOMETHING. These lights can mess you up pretty good without protection.

Great for my high end LEDs although for prolonged exposure I might recommend goggles if they make them? Came with a sleve, fairly sturdy set. Only 4 stars because there's light exposure around the sides, not sure if that is killing my eyes in the long run.

I bought a pair of these as a backup to my Method Seven's (link at bottom) and while they are great for the price, they definitely don't compare. I have only tested these with CFL and LEDs, so I can't speak to how well they work with HPS or MH bulbs.Pros:- Great price- Lightweight- Nice carrying bag- They will help protect your eyes and help prevent headaches or needing to squint.- Corrects colors well with CFL bulbsCons:- Color correction is way off on LEDs. My other glasses are a dark green and they correct the LEDs perfectly, so I can see exactly what my plants look like. With these you would have to wait until the light is off and then use a normal white light in order to identify deficiencies in your plants.- While I don't get eye pain or headaches like I do without any protection, I do still find myself squinting a little with these on. I still feel safe and protected though.- The fit is tight, and they feel fairly cheap. Imagine a free pair of sunglasses that you got in a happy meal as a kid, and that's how these feel.Overall, I would recommend these over nothing at all. But their best quality is the price. I am very happy these glasses exist because I wanted an inexpensive backup, but if you are using LEDs then I would personally recommend getting the Method Seven's which have a pair specifically tuned for use with LEDs.  Method Seven Operator LED Grow Room Glasses . The price is significantly higher though so do your eyes a favor and at least get the Apollo's if you can't afford the Methods.I have attached 3 pictures that were taken in a tent with an LED in flower mode. One is with no glasses at all, one is with the Apollo glasses, and one is with the Method Seven glasses. No adjustments were made to the photos other than cropping and adding captions, and all in-camera automatic features (like white balance) were disabled. You can easily see in the pictures that the Apollo glasses do not correct color as well, and are actually a bit darker, but they do help a lot compared to no glasses.

These glasses are the BOMB! UV blocking and yet they don't look like Grow-glasses (I manage cannabis farms). They look so freakin stylish they were stolen. I will replace them because I felt like a movie star in them and they were useful for protecting my eyes too, for a small fraction of what similar glasses cost.

For the price you cannot beat these glasses they allow me to see while I'm in my 4 by 4 tent with my 1000 watt light perfectly without straining my eyes and they look very cool as well I could honestly wear them around town but they're only meant to wear for grow lights at least that's what I think but I know they work amazingly and definitely recommend them to anybody and give them five stars especially for the price.. update I've had these glasses for over a month now or so and they are so awesome I absolutely enjoy them so much and they work perfectly for everything I need thank you to the company Apollo horticulture and amazon.com

I like them a lot. They are light and quite comfortable. I've spent several hours under grow lights, both HPS and LED, and my eyes have not dried out or become tired. I have tried several different cheaper grow room glasses in an effort to find a less expensive but effective alternative to Method Seven. Out of the many others that I have tried, this one gets my #1 vote.

On a day to day these glasses are amazing. They are comfortable, protective, and a good tint. They almost enhance what I’m working on rather than distort. Yet they are protective enough that bulb work isn’t uncomfortable to the eye. They fit and stay nicely. They do not work so well over prescription glasses as some wider side cover shades can. However I think they are outstanding especially for the price.

Glasses are awesome , work great , remind me of the 90s . I bought an expensive pair and I like these more they fit my pea head and are comfortable. I got a couple of the apollo pairs that fit over your prescription glasses too and those are Amazing!
