Is this product paintable?

I doubt paint would stick to it long

Can it be used for flashing where a roof meets a vertical surface, like an end wall?

I would only use it temporarily for flashing

Is the foil backing conductive? I use flashing on my landscaping timbers around my garden with an electric fence. I need the backing to be conductive.

I believe it should be, however it may have some coating on it to prevent tarnishing that mite have to come off
