King Arthur Flour, Cornbread + Muffin Mix, Gluten Free, 14 Ounce

Hands down, the absolutely best, most stable and flavorful gluten free flours and mixes for all kinds of baked goods. Many years of research went into the development of King Arthur's gluten free products and I can't recommend them more highly. They are terrific. And their Baker's Hotline is fabulous, with live bakers online to answer questions and give ideas about ways to use specific mixes, bread flours, etc. If you are a baker, or a non-baker like me, you'll love these products!

Just tried these today. My wife and I like them better than Jiffy muffins.

It’s gluten free so it makes sense that it’s kind of crumbly, but other than that it tastes good. I feel like this is on the more crumbly side than the other gluten free King Arthur products, but eating it with icing helps.

Has a good texture and flavor. Husband didn’t know it was gluten free.

This cornbread is excellent! Even those in my house who can eat gluten loved it! I am dairy free also and made it with oat milk.

This product makes an EXCELLENT cornbread that just so happens to be gluten free. The taste and texture is exactly like my mom's homemade old fashioned cornbread recipe she has been making for decades. If I had not made it myself, I would never have believed it was gluten free.I needed to turn my oven down part way through the cooking time to ensure the outside did not over brown, but every oven is different. Be sure to test with a knife or toothpicks because the top browns well before the inside is cooked.A little pricey to just make one pan of cornbread from this box, but gluten free products are typically more expensive.
