I left a few days in case of agitation with using Vicks for a while. My nose was great, no soreness, inflamed nose, itching. Brilliant spray. What is contained inside this lilttle bottle may well be useful but the delivery of it up the nose is almost impossible, due to the spray top. The top comes off and the spray is more like water, so just runs out of the nose.

Good size bottle, doesn't irritate the nose, and quick delivery. All seems good but a very badly designed bottle with a nozzle which doesn't stay attached and a short shelf life of two months means i wont be buying again. Such a shame.

Natural nasal spray!Seawater based with iodine.Suitable for all ages even babies.Very easy to use.You have to install the press spray lid .It says you listen for the click and I expected it to remain depressed after hearing it but it doesnt, it is sort of spring loaded so it pops back up . There is a thin storage lid to keep the spray from evaporating or mistakenly being squirted into your face .To use it for keeping your sinuses clear, give 2 squirts once a day. For relieving blocked sinuses, use upto 4 times a day.The squirts are not so intense that they are uncomfortable.There is very little taste down the back of your throat and it doesnt make your eyes water or feel itchy at the top of your nose.I was especially eager to try this seasalt spray as the usual type available over the counter affect my allergies making them unusable by me.I am just recovering from a cold with the inevitable sinus drainage annoyance and so this is coming in very handy to manage that aspect.Will definitely be getting these again in future.

Item was ordered end of January 2023 delivered with an expiry date of April 2023! Extremely disappointed and product returned.
