Midwest Hearth Natural Decorative Polished Jade Pebbles 3/8" Gravel Size (2-lb Bag)

I purchased these rocks to put in the bottom of a humidity tray that holds succulents. They are beautiful, just the right size, and the green colors of the rocks accent the plants. I'm glad I made this purchcase.

They are very beautiful, they are a 10/10 and I had no complaints until I saw the same amount, same stone, same quality and almost the same shine at Winners for just 7.99 instead of 24.99

I love the multidimensional color of these polished pebbles. Got them to cover the soil around some succulents.

What beautiful polished stones! We are using these for our 20 gallon turtle tank to build up a dry area. But this was much less than we expected. Five pounds seems like a lot but it really isn't for aquatic use. However my wife does crafting and making custom jewelry and the pre polished stones ( actually pebbles ) are perfect for such use. These folks did a fantastic job of polishing these pebbles and they are in a beautiful array of colors and so many jade color stones\pebbles.So many of these are up to one inch in diameter and perfect for this kind of use as well as for our turtle tank. What we didn't realize is that our local mulch and stone store sells 50 pound bags of stone in all sorts of types for under $5.00 U.S. However what they sell is not as lovely as these stones or pebbles, ( pebbles are under half an inch ) and definitely none are pre polished. That you must do yourself. The illustration they provide speaks for itself for you to get a good idea of what you are purchasing.Now that we realize our mistake, we would have ordered the 25 pound bag instead for our turtle tank. If you are using these for an aquatic tank of 10 gallons or less, these will give your tank a good covering but not deep. Aquatic tanks of 15 gallons or larger definitely will require more. If you want to do a half and half for turtles with larger tanks get the larger bag. Mind you, turtles have nails that grow, ( ever tried to clip the nails off your pet? Oy, what a pain! ) and we would recommend getting rough stone also for the turtles to file down their nails, clawing through the stone. They do like to claw the stone so mix up the polished with the rough. I hope this helps.
