Capistrano' (Rhododendron) Evergreen, 2-Size Container, Yellow Flowers

This Capistrano rhododendron arrived securely package for shipping. This plant is very hearty and loaded with many large buds, some began to open the next day. It was planted within three days of arrival. The first flowers were are about 5 inches wide, dense and a beautiful shade of yellow. I absolutely would buy from this nursery again.

The plant came in a very good shape. It's been 3 months. It grows very well. The only thing I wish the flower was truly deep yellow. The flower is actually light yellow, very light.

I ordered this rhod and it went to WA, requested refund before received because knew it would be in bad shape when and if arrived. Didn't hear back. didn't receive until after 5/20 dirt bone dry and plant wilted. Crossing my fingers. Growers doing a great job, packaging great, response team ? And shipping company? I've ordered a total of 6 rhododendrons and 5 azalea for landscaping my farm. All plants are beautiful and well packaged. Except the ones lost or just delivered. No we did not rip the top off. Our UPS person was nice enough to up in another box to cover he recieved it that way at his location.

The flower easily survives first year. We are waiting for growth in the second year.
