Best jacket of my life, Scroll down for Cons.
Pros.Fits as advertised in size charts, and so far it's kept me dry though I've not been in heavy or extream weather conditions, I have been in light rain with medium wind as well as medium rain with little to no wind and so far it has not let the water in (no added water proofing was done by me its just straight out of the box) now I will say that if you want this to be your main wet weather jacket like my self I would suggest getting something to layer under it for warmth as this is not insulated so during freezing temp you too will be freezing. to circle back to sizing I'm 5,11 and 145lbs not fit just a regular build and got the extra small, my chest is 34 inches and my hips are a 30 and this jacket is by far the best fitting jacket I've had in my adult life with just enough room to get a basic sweater or zip up under for extra warmth on the days/nights that drop in temp (can be seen in pics over a basic sweater in one as well as over both the sweater and waiters in another)Cons.my only hang up is the cuffs being a neoprene (wetsuit like material) that is tight on the wrists (I have nerve damage on the top of my thumb and it can be difficult getting the cuff over without it hurting) it can also be a little difficult if you wear a watch. I'm also just not a fan of the main two pockets design there like cargo pockets but them being straight vertical designs they are not convenient for your hands as well as the tops only have a flap and doesn't actually have anything to secure the pockets closed so I don't want to trust them with anything that needs to stay dry

Well-made and comfortable rain jacket kept me dry!
Good purchase for places with a rainy climate; kept me dry in steady rain. It's a heavier rubber material than the typical sporting goods store rain jackets, so it will take up more room in a suitcase. However it is well-made, comfortable and to me was worth the extra space it required. I ordered a size larger so I could wear a couple layers under the raincoat.

Good buy!
Fantastic jacket I’m 5’ 9” @ 170 lbs got a large and it fits well. It isn’t heavy as you may think, the color matches the navy shown in the photo. The warmth isn’t really existent in cold rain you will feel it with just a t shirt but it’s summer time so that’s okay, winter or fall just layer and it will work great. It isn’t going to be breathable like something in DWR, but it’s better than DWR in my opinion by far. The zipper functions correctly no issue so far, haven’t wore it for work yet, but durability seems to with stand a toddler unleashing the beast on it because he like the play with the material. People complain about the neoprene cuffs. I personally like them, they are not too tight for me as some people say. Bottom line if you want to stay dry get this jacket. It’s worth the cost but not overly expensive. I was just outside in Michigan rain a few days ago and everybody else was soaked and I was bone dry. Also no I’m not paid to do this review, I’m just a regular dude.

A true 100% waterproof rain jacket!
Really appreciate the fact that the water rolls off this rain jacket making it 100% waterproof. This certainly has not been the case with numerous other rain jackets (including Gore-Tex) that I’ve owned. So for what it’s designed to do it most certainly does the job, no question about that. I also appreciate the neoprene wrist cuffs and hood features. Great additions over my old Helly Hanson rain jacket. Buyer beware, however. First, if you’re looking for a rain jacket that’s lightweight or easily packable you’re better off looking elsewhere. Second, at 5’10”, 215 lbs., and with a 46” chest I went with an XL. The fit is a bit “tighter” than I expected. My advice is if your measurements are borderline on the sizing chart like mine were, go up one size, especially if you plan on adding a layer or two during colder weather. All in all a great purchase for me.

The Jacket is 100% waterproof but that inner sleeve WILL get wet...
The jacket holds up, and is 100% waterproof but that inner sleeve that they mention, will get wet if you do anything active. Wish it wasn't there and they just maybe extended the sleeve or maybe a drawstring would've been better. I ride a motorcycle and after HEAVY rain my body was dry, but my wrist was soaking wet, so to me I can't use it to ride anymore. The wrist got wet so it left me feeling cold in the end. It's so close to being the perfect riding rain jacket. I still kept it but only wear it when I am in pedestrian mode. Trying to find something similar that doesn't have that inner sleeve.

Rock solid
Held up through some force 8-9 gales in the north Atlantic and kept me bone dry throughout. HH makes good stuff but I was still impressed by this jacket.

Yah! It keeps you Dry!
In my opinion, if you are in the business of making rain jackets, you should test it on someone who a) lives in Oregon, and b) has to stand in the rain for 3 hours watching their kids' soccer games. If they're still happy, you win. As a dude who meets both criteria a) and b), AND who has come out happy, I give my 5-star approval. Hooray! A coat that actually keeps you dry!True, you can buy a gore-tex jacket where the rain will bead up and the jacket will keep you dry at first... for a few months. But the gore-tex/ DRX coating eventually wears off, and the rain will soak through: not gore-tex's fault, just a limitation of the fabric. Yes, this jacket is not quite as breathable as gore-tex, which is a limitation for polyurethane-- but if you're not trying to go on long hikes with it, you're fine. And in comparison to other, cheaper polyurethane jackets I've had, this one somehow seems to breathe well enough for its purpose (i.e., if you're just taking short walks or exerting low physical effort). The outer and inner layers also have a "softer" feel, which is an improvement over the cheaper PVC versions. Finally, I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs., and the L size seems to fit great, true to size. Great jacket overall, highly recommend.
