Lovely light laptop!
I just received this laptop last week, but I love it! It is not touch screen, which is fine. I actually hate touch screen. The screen is designed for business, I would not recommend this for any type of graphic design. The screen meets my needs perfectly for school work and browsing. The keyboard is backlit and has two brightness settings, types very well. The battery lasts as the manufacturer states, good battery life. My fingerprint sensor wasn't working at first, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and it works so perfectly now! I love the simple design, this laptop has everything I need. I would prefer more storage, but probably don't need it.... boots fast! 20gb!

Lighted keyboard makes a big difference
Love the lighted keyboard! keyboard has a good feel, broad flat keys. All functions have a quick response.I especially like the box with the actual percentage left on the battery at the bottom of the screen, much easier to see how much time is left than the battery icon (there is one of those too)Very nice laptop for home use

They lie to you
I bought this laptop and literally two days after expiring the guarantee if would not turn on. I had to take it to my college's bookstore and they found out the laptop had a 8gb RAM memory instead of 20GB, which is the main reason I decided to go with this lenovo instead of a HP laptop. Great computer but not worth the stress and extra cost of repair.

Competent computer!
This computer is helping me to get my work done successfully. Video and audio work fine. Just I am used to a mouse and a touch screen, so this operator is still learning to navigate using the touchpad, but I will get there.

LOVED this computer at first! Read on....
While I haven't had it very long and am just bringing it up to speed and personalization, this is quite a nice package--and at an amazing price! With 20 Gb of memory, 512 Gb of Pcle SSD storage and the brilliant Ryzen 5 chip, this computer is blazingly fast. The screen is much nicer than some people are claiming, rivaling my former computer, the HP X360 Spectre, that was beginning to fall apart and which HP is no longer supporting (way to early in its lifetime). I've always preferred the Lenovo typing experience and that hasn't changed. This computer, though a 15.4" size is rather light (3.74#) for such a workhorse. I'm looking forward to this capable machine lasting a long time and with the backlit full keyboard, fingerprint scanner, and a nice trackpad that can be turned off by the presence of a mouse, fewer problems with the jumpiness I experienced in the HP (that drove me almost mad). Did I mention that it's a beautiful shade of blue? Great build quality, two day shipping (!) and a real warranty. If I had one criticism it's the lack of USB ports, but that's more or less the trend in today's new computers, so I'll need a hub to hook up my older accessories until I can update them all to BT. Happy days are here again!UPDATE: Well, everything I said about this computer is true except for the keyboard. It's way too flat and although I'm a touch typist with decadeFKAVE s of experience, I can't seem to type a sentence without an error. There's no TrackPoint, for starters. I loved that thing and somehow didn't notice that Lenovo has (foolishly!) abandoned it for the most part. The key caps are absolutely flat with almost no travel and no feedback. If I rest my fingers, that pushes a key or two at least. It's a beast and I hate it. I just bought a mechanical keyboard because I simply can't type on what Lenovo now calls a keyboard. Oh, what a sad day. Lenovo! Are you listening? You've killed the golden goose, you morons!
