Perfect- long lasting cold even in hot summer. Good coverage of back of neck, shoulders top of back, fabric is soft, ice isn’t super crunchy feeling. No weird smell. Snap to hold on closure is perfect . So good I bought a second for back up

Stays cold a long time, works better than other options I have tried. It’s great for this area that is hard to keep ice on otherwise. I agree it’s a very large size and the neck part does not even touch my neck because it’s too big, but I didn’t need it as much for the neck so it works for me.

Flexible enough to be comfortable. Recommend placing a towel on top of it to keep it cold longer. Feels sturdy, a worthwhile purchase.

It gets cold. The neck portion which is what I needed the most, doesn't get as cold as the rest. The neck portion doesn't get as close to your neck and is smaller than it looks in the picture. I have to put a towel behind my neck to get it closer. The rest is okay, but I am disappointed with the neck area.

Stays cold for 20+ minutes

I bought this as an extra because I already have one. This is very versatile because of its shape. If your lower back is hurting, you can slide it down your back and it fits your entire lower back nicely.

There is no gel in the neck portion. Why did they even bother making a neck portion if they weren't going to put gel in there? This might work okay for just the upper back. I wouldn't know because I didn't bother trying it. I needed something for my neck, and this product just let me down by not delivering on its promise.
