i use glasses to see, may i use the VR with may glasses on?

Yes you may but you must be very careful. If you allow the glass on the vr headset to rub the glass on your glasses or the frame it will scratch the lens with no easy fix. I would not recommend wearing glasses without some kind of screen protection in place.

What games are compatible with this? How many?

As far as current games playable, today, on the PS4, all games can be played on the PSVR headset; in a setup called "Cinematic Mode". Cinema Mode basically creates a big screen in a virtual space within the headsets field of view. And on that virtual monitor/screen you can play any game thats playable on the PS4; every game you already own.Again, this doesnt make the game into a virtual reality game, it just lets you play non-VR games in your headset.BTW, the screen can be made to upwards of 225" (5 meters) wide, at a distance of 2.5 meters away. You can also watch movies, videos, and view all sorts of photos and similar media.All this with just the headset and your dualshock4 controller.

Does the base unit come with a game or is that just the bundled units?

Just the Headset and interface box. No softwareEDIT: Ive corrected myself months ago, in comment responses. Since those are obviously not readable by everyone who MUST correct others.....The unit DOES come with a DEMO disk.It DOES NOT come with a complete game/title. Only the 'Launch Bundle' comes with a complete retail title. (VR Worlds).The question was roughly 'Does the base unit come with A GAME'. My short answer of "No" is still correct. Although I DO think the demo disk was a good move on Sonys part. Great experiences in one disk.
