I like that it dissolves very easily. If your packet contains lumps, then it is probably old/not properly sealed. During years of ordering these I only had one box of them lumpy.Coming to taste, in my humble opinion, it is perfect for me. I sometimes use green tea bags, but I tend to forget or mistime the steeping/soaking times and I end up with bitter tea that I have to endure. Not so with these.I am not sure if these packets contain equivalent of one green tea bag or not, neither I am sure if it delivers the same medicinal properties of a freshly prepared green tea; but for me it is a perfect balance of convenience and satisfaction of having had green tea. As a bonus, you get to enjoy the green tea in mint, ginger, honey, etc flavors.My fav is Ginger and Lime.
