Food stick on pan, please vuse medium heat once pand heated well than it would be easy for cooking,,,,,can be use as a healthy cooking options pand. If you don't want to use aluminumI suppose to bug 24 inch. For 4 members family.. But that was not available.Thanks❤

This pan is really good value for money. Don't forget to season your pan before you start cooking.
Yet another excellent 'lockdown purchase'!!This pan hasn't been able to take time off, ever since it reached me. I've tried everything- bulls eye, omelette, dry dishes, gravies, fish fry etc- that too in very little oil- and everything has come out well.It does get oil stains, sometimes hard and tough ones too- and I clean them off with vinegar, or a mixture of baking soda and vinegar.What I've seen is, if the flame is low all through ( not even medium, but low), nothing sticks to the pan. But, if it does, all you need to do is turn off the flame and leave the pan to cool off. Everything that has stuck, gets 'unstuck'!😀The wooden handle ( as well as the lid knob) is an added advantage. Absolutely cool!I also use this as a tadka pan and in my opinion, the Indian tempering trick will transform your triply cooking pan into a nonstick pan!A word to the wise: this is a shallow pan. 22 cm -capacity 1 litre. You can cook only a very small portion. But still and all, it's a pan well worth the money spent on it.

Easy to make morning breakfast
Previously I used to make crepes on roti tawa.What a mess it turned the kitchen into and my chilla would get scorched.But this is like a magic.Just do not heat it too high.Keep heat slow- medium...it heats up and retains heat.cook omellet, pancakes extremely beautifully.Beautiful crust and moist with equal distribution of small holes on the crepe.Easy to flip and viola I become a perfect cook.Seriouly a good investment and not a drop of mess on my gas stove.Super clean. Also easy to clean..do not use scrubber or harsh detergents.Just wipe it with moist cloth and wash with water and store it.First time pls season it by storing water in it to clean metal residue and then season on heat with mustard oil...good to go.ergonomical design hence no drip or mess.can also do dal tadka fry...in it properly instead of a small katori we use to fry tadka in.
