Simple design and very effective at staying in place as well as limiting the noise. The design also allows for headwear to be used without any issues. Much better option than the much more expensive earmuffs advertised elsewhere.

I can now mow my lawn with a straw hat on. Looked and looked for a pair of earmuffs and finally found these. They work great and the support around the neck is a big plus which enables me to wear my straw hat to protect my ears from the sun.

Having used these several times now for at least two hours, I find them to be as comfortable as the over-the-head types. I find them better at allowing the use of a hat. I will say this: when I first got them, I draped them over a stuffed chair back for several days to relieve the spring tension a little and they fit great. The picture shows a white colored pair, whereas these are tan/beige. Yes, I would buy them again.

I prefer a behind the head, instead of an over the head band, to hold my earmuffs when I am wearing a hard hat (or any other type of hat) in a high noise area. Since I do not normally work for long periods in a high noise area, I prefer these instead of having earmuffs that attach to my hard hat (and make the hard hat top heavy when the earmuffs are not in use). However, some people find the behind the head style awkward, and for long duration use uncomfortable due to too much band tension.

Love these! They are comfortable, and work better with a hat than any of the others I tried. Ended up having to buy three, since I "lost" my first pair to my husband, and the second one to my son. lolo

This allows me to wear a wide brimmed hat while on the tractor. Much cheaper than ear buds as I wear Bluetooth hearing aids.
