Nice colors good material
Toss in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. The color looks great. The material is lightly thick and seems like good quality.

Price is right. Quality is good.
This backdrop has been very useful when I used it to video record portraits of several dozen individuals while seated. Others have commented on creases. They are hard to avoid after a storage even for a day or two, and it is a pain to have to iron it before each sitting. It would be nice if someone provided them in a suitable fabric that did not crease so easily. I tried storing it on a 3" cardboard tube, but that's a pain, too.

Great Value and Versatility
This is my third backdrop from Kate. I bought the first one several years ago, and the next two very recently. I use them as backgrounds for portraits and headshots in a small professional studio setting.I usually shoot people separated from the background enough for it to come out of focus, leaving color and the impression of texture. This also smooths any imperfections like nicks and runs that might develop in the material. I appreciate the classic look that they help me achieve. The main aspect I would like to note here is that the material has improved significantly since the first backdrop I purchased. It has always been made from microfiber, but now it is a slightly thicker material with less of a "grain" compared to previous such products from this company. Also, the sleeve at the top for inserting a crossbar on a background stand is about twice as deep, making it a lot easier to place over a pole. These are very significant improvements, without an appreciable increase in weight.Much has been made by other reviewers of the lines formed by folding the backdrop for shipping. I quite appreciate how light and compact this makes the product for easy shipping. After I open each backdrop I simply hang it up on a background stand and use a hand steamer to smooth out the seams, which takes just a few minutes. The best way to store these is upright, but rolling them onto roll them over a tube or pole. A 2-3 inch PVC pipe available at any hardware store is a good option. These are worth a lot more than they cost. Fortunately, they are very reasonably priced, attractive, and easy to use, which makes it affordable to purchase many of them in different colours and patterns/textures for my studio.

Good Backdrop
Not extremely big, but works for my at home setup. Needs to be ironed before use.

Good, but requires some effort to prepare for use...
The material has a thickness and feel like the flannel they used to make pajamas out of, but it's a little more stretchy. I washed it in cold water and it came out fine... no smells or allergic issues. I ran it in the dryer on low for 5 minutes then spread it out on the floor to finish drying. The creases from shipping were still present so I used a steam iron on a med-low setting to iron them out. It works best when you use the spray. After doing the front I turned it over and hit it from the back... it was a bit tedious but I finally got all the creases out. Then I hung it on a 5' pole on my T-stand, and I felt it was too long, so I cut off 18". It also had a tendency to hang with slight wavy-ness so I folded the lower edge and ran it through my sewing machine, to create a "pocket" similar to the one at the top. I then put a piece of 1/2" electrical conduit pipe in there, and the weight made it hang perfectly flat and prevented it from moving when air blows around in the room, such as from the A/C or an open window. As to the pattern, it looks good to me... clearly the central area gets lighter than the outer edge, which should work well with subjects that are centered. For the price, I'm very pleased with it..., but I have to admit it was a lot of work to get it to be the way I wanted, and next time I think I'd rather pay more for some kind of easier ready-to-use solution.

Very nice
Nice but it could be better quality. It’s easy to use and way better than vinyl back drops. All I had to do was throw it in the dryer to get the wrinkles out!
