Company reached out to Forrest issues I had with power bank. They offered to send a new one, and everything is working perfectly on it! This one came with a different cord and I can’t tell if the cord or the original box is “off,” but the new one works as it should. The new cord fits perfectly and is charging the bank pretty fast. ! I haven’t tried running it on a full charge as of yet but the new box is charging fast, the cord fits, and a test charge of the phone charged at a n acceptable rate and didn’t run down the power bank, so I assume it won’t run out if it did a full charge. I’m happy with it! Great customer service!*Doesn’t hold charge as long as other, even cheaper, power banks I’ve ordered.*the cord that came with it does not fit it! I had to find an extra one to actually charge it. I’m not great at remembering the names but it came with a micro and needed a C, I believe is the way it went. I could have that backward.*overall it’s good for one charge in an emergency, which fits the purpose most would buy it for, but that’s all you’re going to get (I charged an iPhone 12) and you’ll have to find a matching charger unless mine was just a fluke.
