Snug fit, good feel on the outside.Not too hard on the sole or anything. No problem with these shoesHOWEVER, do get a half size bigger. I was almost worried that getting my shoe size would be too tight. And it would have been.

I purchased the shoe for boxing and am very happy with my purchased. Proper sizing might be an issue. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9. Based on other purchasers' recommendations, I purchased a 9 1/2 and a 10. I kept the 9 1/2 and returned the size 10. The strap closure at the top was annoying so I just cut the velcro strap off and works fine without it. I've seen another guy using the same shoes for jiu jitsu training to protect his feet from mat burns. Good shoes.

This is the second time buying these wrestling shoes for my boys. The first pair came from a different store, but the quality is the same. Needed to buy a pair for our youngest and our other son said they feel the same and he loves them.

The shoe itself fit as expected; if you have narrow feet, order your usual size. If you have bigger feet, I'd order half a size bigger, due to wrestling shoes being quite narrow.My wrestling season cut short due to injury, but I will say that these are doable, in terms of comfort and performance. They look clean, feel clean with any pair of socks (I recommend low cut or crew socks with these), and are only meant for just wrestling; running on hard floor is torture.

Like the shoe but it runs too small. My son wears a 9, I ordered a 9.5 and it is still too small. I am hoping to exchange for a 10 as it’s a good shoe other than the sizing
