Good fit
Was getting shoes from vanderloop but they suck, these are much better, good traction even in mineral oil, release oil, machine oil, dough, they have lasted me longer than most boots so the value is good where the functionality is great but isn't too heavy

Great for outdoor work
Comfortable for outdoor trench work. Broke a pair in 6 month but I was in and out of trenches for months covered in Midwest muck. Not great on concrete, only downside. Might be fixable with insoles.

Good work boot
My only Gripe is the metal retainer to hold the laces gets caught either by the laces or the loop on the back of the shoe. I’ve tripped up a couple of times on stairs or holding something heavy and could see myself falling so I cut them off. Otherwise good fit, stylish and long lasting had mine for three years. I work as a mechanic and welder they see oil, water, sharp or heavy metal, fire even but they’ve lasted

Love these boots!
Favorite boots thus far and I have worn many. They are a tad heavy but you'll get used to it and it makes up for the weight in comfort, protection and durability. I don't get any of the ankle rub or upper lace rub others have mentioned. I love putting them on each morning and I have not babied them at all and they are hanging tough. I'm a Keen convert and have already bought more of their boots and will continue to do so, especially the USA versions that help support fellow Americans. Keep making great boots!

How long should these shoes LAST??
These shoes were great! Felt very comfortable. Used for work 40 hours a week. Then at some point i started to notice tearing in the rubber covering on top of one shoe. For last 2 months I’ve dealt with wet socks. First one shoe, then the second. Rubber flaps loosely now on one shoe. Feet hurt so bad after half days work, thank goodness for ibuprofen! So I’m writing review on this disappointment, and start a search for something else to try.I work indoors, and occasionally find my feet getting wet while working. Nothing so extreme to explain why these fell apart.

Best work shoe I've ever purchased
I wear this shoe 5 days a week for anywhere from 8 to 12 hrs a day. The insole is horrible. But then again I might simply be so used to custom insoles that I'm im just used to the luxury. I've tried wolverine, red wings, new balance timberland pro, and Reebok. Thisbis the only shoe that gave me perfect fit right out the box. I wear a 12 2xwide

Most Comfortable Work Boots I’ve Ever Worn
For years I stuck to the more traditional work boot. I have a pair of Keen hiking boots. When I saw they had an American made work boot, designed similar to the hiking boots, I was sold. I’d say they were broken in by day 3. I do commercial refrigeration and HVAC service. So I spend a lot of time walking and kneeling. These boots flexibility makes kneeling way more comfortable than the average work boot. Ive only had them a few weeks, so durability is yet to be tested. Even if they don’t end up lasting as long as a traditional work boot, I’m happy with the purchase!
