Easy to use

I love that I can pull the sd card off the trail cam and bring the card back to my blind to see what has been walking around and erasing all the squirrel pictures and moving brush. The pictures are clear and the controls are easy to work.

I gave this a shot even with the mixed reviews. However it wouldn't read SD cards that did contain pictures. I tried several cards so it was the reader and not the cards themselves. I did the process to return this item for a refund. I was expecting the refund to go back onto my credit card and was waiting patiently for it to show up as they say it can take 7-10 business days to show up on your card. It turns out that the system automatically gave the refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. After talking to 3 people at Amazon, none of which could tell me why the refund was to a gift card and not my credit card, apparently they can't change how the refund is given. However they did say that generally the refund is back to the form of payment but I guess just not in this case as I did pay for it fully with a credit card. It is very frustrating that you can't cancel the gift card and refund my credit card. This is my first return to Amazon, I don't have a history of abusing the system.

Easy to use, doesn't distort when enlarging photo. Battery compartment is designed well, easy to use when in field unlike others I have used. Overall very good reader
