For 32 waist what size would be best? I'm tall and skinny wearing US sizes.

These run extremely small. I wear a 3xl for men's shorts (US) & I could not get their 3xl on. It was much too tight. I'm guessing you normally wear a medium, so try a 1xl. Good luck! They're great boxer briefs otherwise.
