So easy and it works!
Of all the fiber products I've used, this one is the most effective and has no taste or grittiness. It's easy to add to my morning smoothie or glass of water and get all the fiber I need without the negatives.

Great fiber
I really like this fiber product. Doesn't cause me distress and it mixes incredibly well (other fibers I used turn into a disgusting blob in seconds; this fiber stays completely dissolved). I recommend this to anyone looking for a new fiber.

Good quality soluble fiber made from partially hydrolyzed Guar gum
This is good quality soluble fiber made from partially hydrolyzed Guar fiber. There is a scoop to make it easy to measure a 7 gram amount. The white granules dissolve in water quickly if you add the fiber to the water while stirring. It may look hazy at first but stir well for 15-20 seconds and then let it set for 30 seconds and it should be clear. We use a battery-powered milk frother for that. Has almost no taste, very very slightly like breakfast cereal. Product is gluten free and has no FODMAP's! I combined this with a probiotic to improve my gut biome. I am very happy with the results of that.

Simple and effective
This product has only one ingredient so it's super clean and you don't have to worry about fillers.It just as simple to use as I mix it with my smoothie in the morning and it doesn't affect the taste.It's a simple and effective way to get your daily fiber and keep things moving.

Was great but price has almost doubled in past six months, using another brand now.
Why the price increase? It doesn’t cost more to make this and the bottle even though contents settle is close to 2/3 full everytime. How much does granular already packing by geometry, material need to settle.Disappointed in the quality control and now price increase. Shame on this company.
