WedgwoodButterfly Bloom Blue Peony Fine Bone China Teacup & Saucer Set

After buying Wedgwood Daisy Tea Story pieces I swore I was not going to buy any Butterfly Bloom pieces too. (sigh) I bought the set of four places and initially this orange cup with saucer. Everything is adorable. I ended up buying the other cups as well, plus a mug. I'm using the orange cup with it's matching plate for breakfast, it's so lovely and cheery I can't help but be in a good mood using it. The quality is excellent, I have other Wedgwood china and every piece I have ever purchased, in any of the lines, has been perfect, Daisy Tea Story and Butterfly Bloom are no exception. Highly recommended.

Wedgwood Harlequin Butterfly Bloom Teacup met my expectation for a quality product made by Wedgwood.Amazon shipped it with lots of padding and the packaging was well protected.The only reason I took 1 star off is that the color of Amazon's picture does not match the color of the actual product. The color looks more vibrate on amazon website. Luckily, the actual color of the cup set is still very classy though not as vibrant.

While I think the set is beautiful, this will be the last time I purchase Wedgwood in the modern era. None of it is hand painted. It’s all done by machine. It’s sad to look closely at the lovely design, only to realize that no one’s ever touched it by hand. These items are not cheap in any way, so to see dot matrix shading on the leaves is horribly disappointing, imo. In future I will be doing all my purchases of bone china and porcelain from vintage sellers and shops. This was the first time I’d spent money like this on something so simple, I wanted to treat myself, to own something small and luxurious. But ultimately that method of painting the cups makes it all look cheap. That’s just my opinion and some may be more than happy—it’s not for me.

The color and design attracted me to the Wedgwood Harlequin Butterfly Bloom Posy Cup and Saucer set. I was true to coloring and design when viewing it. It is a Beautiful addition to my collection and it just makes me happy when I drink my tea! I received this package in a timely manner and in great conditions.

This teacup set has gorgeous colors and a lovely shape, looks even better in person and makes a great gift. The presentation box is beautiful and protects it well. (Unfortunately the box arrived taped closed which ripped the box, but Amazon fixed immediately). It was shipped very well-packaged with extra bubble wrap padding the box.

This is my very first teacup for my teacup collection. It is beautiful...so delicate and pretty. I was a bit hesitant to buy it because of the high price, but now I enjoy drinking tea even more because of this cup. Great quality and it comes in gorgeous packaging too. Very happy with this item. Can't wait to add some more to my new collection.

This is a beautiful Wedgwood teacup and saucer set. The colors are as pictured, and the weight and balance are spot on. The cup and saucer arrive in the gorgeous Wedgwood “hat box,” which is also display worthy.

The cup and saucer were clearly flawed. Small pieces of blue paint appeared in the inside of the cup and on the bottom of the saucer and there was no way to wash it off. I think this is a substandard product, and the pigment inside the cup may affect health.

I bought this as a gift for my Mum as she's very particular over her cup and saucer. I was very pleased with the item and my Mum loved it.
