Seems like they have two different product lines. One product line is directly through their website and the second product line is a lower quality product sold through Amazon at a lower price point. I purchased this bag and unfortunately it was not even used and all the stitching was coming on done. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the bag before I returned it to Amazon but I wish they actually kept the same quality if they were trying to sell on Amazon.I do iPhone other duffel bags From this brand and they were bought directly through their website which tells me that they have two different product lines because I have had no issues with what was purchased directly through them.
