You press the front right toe (foot). There is a button inside.

Bumpy is one of my daughter very favorite toys. today bumpy won't stop talking. he is driving everyone insane. is there any way to make it stop?

My daughter’s does the same thing, the button seems to get stuck sometimes. Pressing it again once or twice makes it stop.

Would a 15 month old like this?

Absolutely! I was very pleasantly surprised when I received the toy. It's very plush; better quality than I expected. My grandson loves it! Sleeps with it and takes it everywhere!

Ive never washed it..just did a spot wipe down. I wouldn't think it can be washed because of the button in its foot that makes noise
