First of all, it got shipped in the original package which was opened + looked like the blow dryer is used (bought brand new) turned it on AND IT STARTED SMOKING!! BEWAREE

The cord was one the main features and was not supposed to fray?!!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Blow dryer in September2023, it’s a professional blow dryer for Salon use and should last more than9 months…!!!I have had blow dryers for five years at a time. This blow dryer has only lasted about seven months.
