Recently standard shoes seem to be too tight in the toes section. Should I buy they wide version or stay with the standard with your shoes?

The normal Torins are pretty wide. I usually take a 2e or even a 4e in a dress shoes, I I just get by with the normal width. Maybe buy the normal width, try them on, and if you don't think they are wide enough, return them and get the wide.

Is the insole removable?

The two pair I have, the insole is removable. Can’t speak for all their shows.

Whats the size of this sneaker and what does 7 D (M) mean?

Size 7 with a D width which is about average for a man.
