I was installing this product on my iPhone 11 Pro Max with damaged original screen.With so many different screens on the replacement market it can be difficult to decide which one to use if you’ve broken your original iPhone screen and don’t (and cannot) want to replace it with the the hideously expensive Apple Original part. Add the pressure of your Face ID or fingerprint id no longer working perhaps and the choice needs to be made quickly.I did some research on differences between LCD and OlED technology, deciding on OLED hardware in the end. Yes, more expensive but better quality and battery performance are the supposed perks.Then I discovered there’s a difference in Hard and Soft OLEd technology, with the latter being the superior choice. Again more expensive but better quality and less black frame around the image area of the screen.It appears A lot of screen replacements installed by shops seem to use just the lcd screens… lots of vendors masquerade their screens as ‘soft’ tech or even just the LCD tech, but when you look at the small print they are in fact only the ‘hard’ versions.Not so with this MP+ product! This is the Soft Oled screen. there is a lack of my soft oled products out there... The price might be a little more dear but still at a price point far below the Apple Original.having ordered the mp+ soft oled product, it arrived well packaged with the tools you need to get into your phone and to undo the screws, as part of the kit.I suggest you watch a YouTube video on the process, I didn’t need to heat the old screen up to get it off… just be careful when prying off the old screen as per the videos on YouTube.Once inside the phone, take care not to mix and muddle up the screws, they are of different sizes/lengths and to hold the screen whilst carefully unplugging it from the main board.It can be a bit fiddly, but if you are confident and careful it is not difficult.The connectors of the mp+ fit well, snapping into place once you’ve found the fit. Again, not much force required just being careful.The kit comes with the waterproof seal so you don’t need to order this separately. It also comes with a screen protector. Bonus!Once powered on, everything worked first time and the screen size is great (not much of a black frame around the outside) and the colours and brightness is non different from the original as far as I can tell.Battery draw is no different meaning I can use my iPhone for the same length between charges as before.The only downside (not the vendors fault) is that Apple setting -> About now reports that the screen is an ‘unknown part’ - essentially showing that you have had a screen replacement by non authorised repair means.. this is the same message you would get no matter what screen replacement you have chosen and is not the fault of the mp+ screen.The message does not affect the useability or function of the phone!The mp+ soft oled screen has now been in for a couple of days and I am very happy with it. There have been no issues affecting use and the colours and screen quality are great.

Dropped my phone and smashed the screen. I am an amateur technician so decided to give it a go (watching YT videos it seemed reasonably ok). The process is a tad fiddly but the screen quality is exceptional, and to the naked eye a like for like replacement. The screen protector is also great quality and has a really nice smooth feel. Recommended.

Screen ok as in works, flex cables are of low quality, fit is extremely poor and sits about 2mm raised from the handset.Deserves no star ratingSo in nut shell I hate this item and recommend you buy elsewhere and would recommend brinonac as I have had great experience with their screens and regret not going back to their products, I would return the screen and demand refund as it’s over priced junk but have no option but to use this screen till I have the spare money to purchase brinonac replacement.

Firstly on the screen:- Image quality is great- Need iCopy or similar to have True Tone work but does work- Fitted perfectly- Supplied tools sufficient to complete job but may want metal pry tool aswellScreen Issue:- The screen has a permanent non genuine part notification that you cannot clear

Great product that saved me a lot of money on paying for a fix. Used a step-by-step video to sort this, I would recommend you buy this product if you fall into what was my unfortunate position.

The screen is generally good, but has a few issues that add up to make it not great.Firstly the touch is too sensitive. The phone often activates when in my pocket. The screen seems to be sensitive to touches off the side of the display areas too, such that single handed use results in your hand activating the bottom left or right corners, pressing back buttons or the like. Also, the screen doesn’t work properly when the phone is being wirelessly charged. Spurious touches everywhere.Despite the oversensitivity, the display can’t discern multi-touches that are close together. Holding the shift key and pressing A or S results in nothing happening.Force touch is too sensitive and inconsistent across the display. Barely a touch in the bottom corners is enough to register a force touch, but the middle of the screen is insensitive and requires a hard press.Finally, whilst the colours are excellent, blocks of colour show a weird pattern as in the attached photo. This is more pronounced as the display is dimmed, and is surprisingly distracting on videos. I actually returned one as it was so bad, and the second had the same issue but less pronounced.Other than that, it fits well and has been reliable.

A bit pricey for an "older model" XS Max. I only went for it because I needed it to arrive on the same day I ordered. Easy to install with no issues and everything worked as they should. I will recommend, and possibly buy again if I manage to break this 3rd screen replacement again........hahaha!

Very good replacement screen. It shares alot of similarities with original . I repair some phones for some of my friends and family and have used quite a few different branded screens but this has worked spot on, the screen fits nicely within the frame, I have bought screens in the past and when it comes to fitting the screen never fits just like how the original does, my friend has been very happy about this screen so. So I have seen many different screens, but this one did stand out. Firstly, I always recommend the oled screen, because oled could make the screen be pure, especially in the dark, the benefit is quite obvious. And the thickness of this screen is just about right, it won’t be slightly raised as other screens. There is no lagging on the touch, which means the manufacturer used the original IC on the screen and the luminance is the same as the original one. If you don’t want to spend nearly 300 pounds to repair it by apple repair, this screen will be a good choice!

Ecran avec image et qualité vidéo similaire à l’officiel, mais au bout de 3 jours le tactile s’est mis à disfonctionner jusqu’a ne plus fonctionner. Je dois éteindre et rallumer constament l’iphone pour ravoir le tactile. J’ai voulu économiser, mais finalement les écrans officiels eux fonctionnent vraiment mieux. Jje m’attendais à quoi à ce prix là? S’ils sont plus cher il y a bien une raison🫤
