My orthopedic doctor advised me to take glucosamine for arthritis pain in my back and lack of cartilage in my right knee. I found Schiff Glucosamine in the drugstore where I get prescriptions filled. It is not a prescription medicine; it is over the counter. Since taking it I have had reduced pain in back and knee. I'd been using a cane at times to help me walk but no longer need the cane. The drugstore where I'd been purchasing it no longer carries the product, but I found it here on line and ordered it. It came very promptly and was the exact same product that I'd been using with great success, so I was very happy to find it.

I tried something with Chondroitin and found I have a bad reaction to anything sulfa-based so I can't take the other types out there. This is the only one I can find without the chondroitin.

I've been taking glucosamine for about 20 years. At first I didn't think it was working because I didn't feel like it was helping so I quit taking it. Four days later my knees were so painful I started taking it again and haven't stopped. Glucosamine doesn't remove all the discomfort of knee pain but it sure does make it bearable to live life and easier to sleep.

I initially purchased this by mistake,BUT It was a good mistake.The HLA took care of our knee pain quickly.BUY THIS.

If I don't take them to much pain, with them I can walk.
