Very good quality and well presented
These are very good quality resistance bands. They are made of robust, brightly coloured rubber and are easy to hold. They’re of an excellent length for good extension and are pleasant to use. They are also clearly printed with their tensile strength, from light through medium to heavy.They are packaged in a quality printed box with an instruction guide, and a pleasing inclusion is a nylon drawstring bag to transport them to and from the gym.I’m pleased with these, but I bought them at £10 on offer. Not sure about the value at £16.

Not ideal for physiotherapy
The yellow weakest was more like a mid to strong, I went out and bought a set locally. Gave this one away.
