If you have kitties like I do, you will find how quickly they come to enjoy and rely on this. We had one for about a year then bought this as a second one for them. You can set it for motion detection (which we do) and use an adapter (which we do) so you don't go through a ridonculous amount of batteries (which you will). One day something came loose and the fountain didn't turn on. My youngest 4 yo cat went up to it and started 'patting' it to get the water to bubble then gave up and went to the other one. It is totally true about cats loving running water. If you have cats, you understand that whole 'I want to drink out of the faucet' routine. This unit will not disappoint. There is also a set of filters - one for the upper piece where hair and such might end up and a smaller one on the filter under the water itself. Lights will come on the unit to tell you when to change it. With two cats I only have to wash/fill this once or twice a week for them. Pampered little fluffy butts!! LOL

I ordered these as a replacement for ones of same brand that I had. The cats love the water, I love that it's battery operated as there are no outlets available in my kitchen, and it's heavy enough that my brat cat can't knock it over for fun.

I bought one in 11/4/21 in stop working 7/11/22. So I bought another one. And then on 4/22/23 I bought an another one because the one I bought on 7/11/22 stopped working. I am not going to buy another one because they stop working after about 7 months and they are expensive for the amount of time they work.Thank You,Kimberly Patton

Intuitive and simple design. Holds a good amount of water. Irritating about filter changes needed, only negative feedback. Had a problem with the item, and had quick response and fixed situation. Great customer service! Would highly recommend!

The fountain works very well. We've had it for six months. Our cat loves to drink out of it and won't touch her old water bowl. It is very quiet and the infrared detection system works really well. So does the water level detection which has a light that turns red if the level is low. A great purchase. I wish the seller would post a pdf version of the instruction manual on the Amazon page.

Can anyone share the link for the input adapter ? Overall this cat fountain is great, the battery life dies quickly.

It worked fine but it was too shallow for one of my cats has an issue cuz she uses her paw to drink or locks the inside side of dish. Also had to put alot of water in everyday... not every other day like I've used b 4!

Our cat was approx 7 mos old when we adopted her. But she'd obviously been super spooked by some previous events in her life. When we bought a more vigorous fountain, she'd run away every time the water appeared to shoot in the air and splash down. She also didn't much like water in a bowl. Since we know that most cats don't drink enough water, we had to find something that would attract her to the water w/out frightening her. This fountain was the perfect balance. The little 'blub, blub, blub' noise it made when she was near interested her w/out scaring her. We have to clean her litter many times a day because now she's a 'big drinker'!You do need to clean the fountain weekly, but you can do that in about 10 minutes once you get used to the 5 or 6 parts. A small price to pay for clean and interesting water for your cat.Also, excellent customer service. We had the fountain for over a year and it started to leak. I wrote to the seller and they responded quickly, giving detailed instructions on how to check every part of it. I discovered that there was a slight crack in the plastic 'bowl' that holds the water. Even though the fountain was out of warrantee, the seller offered me a discount on a new one which just arrived today. Will be putting it together tomorrow and our cat won't have to put up w/me changing a face cloth twice a day under it to absorb leaking water.Highly recommend this cat fountain!

El problema es que no encuentro los filtros para remplazar el que está en uso, por ningún lado. Esto puede hacer que no se adquiera por otras personas.

Das Waschen klappt leider nicht so gut, da Bleiben immer Flecken egal wie gut man schrubbt.Das Gerät an sich ist leise man hört nur minimalAber ich würde gerne auch noch wissen wo ich die ersatzfilter dafür finden kann

Desafortunadamente no me di el tiempo y antier se me venció la garantía de devolución. Sería la 4a fuente, las que más me han durado son la de la flor solamente que como la quería de exterior se me hizo muy padre que fuera de pilas y desde la semana empecé con problemas porque el perro la volteaba (es tipo snauzer) criollo y tiene tapa con seguro así que según yo no habría problemas y nada que deja de funcionar y a los días volvió a funciona y ya no la devolví y la semana antepasada antes de las lluvias aquí en NL la vuelve a voltear y dejó de funcionar definitivamente, le saqué las pilas, se las cambié y nada!! Solo me falta ver si con un adaptador AC funciona pero con ese precio me hubiera comprado 2 de las otras que una a la semana la dejé afuera y se mojó y no sirvió peor fue mi culpa porque es de interior así que compré una bomba y mejor reciclé la anterior y esta pues a la basura. Además el sensor falla de repente.
