Nature Made Garlic Complex with Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid - 300 Enteric Tablets

I do not like to take vitamin pills as lots of them will cause upset stomach. I got this product form Costco, and liked the contents. So I gave this a try. I have been taken this vitamin pill for several months, no upset stomach, no bad feeling. I think this pill is working for me, as my nails are getting much stronger, and I think my immune system is getting stronger too, as I am not that easy to catch cold. I bought more from Amazon as the Costco already stopped carry this. Hope more user will post their opinion on here to let other know the possible side effect or any good things.... I am just wondering why Costco is not carrying this product anymore; and why on "Nature Made" homepage there is no information about this Garlic Complex.

Kidding aside this garlic with B6, B12 and folic acid is good for getting enough of these nutrients. I was looking for a sublingual B12 but decided to try this product because it is enterically coated so this might be a way to get B12 plus the other nutrients. One of the comments made concerning this product was that the nails grew stronger which is something that interests me so consequently I opted for this over other choices. I love this combo and I am very sad it has been discontinued. When I took too of these every day I didn't catch a cold all winter. But it is important to be carefully because too much garlic can seriously lower your blood pressure, which at the very least can lead to a migraine. Balance is key!

I've been using this for years and it is an excellent product, great for lowering cholesterol (has been for me) I normally buy it at my local store but they've stopped carrying it in this larger quantity and the smaller ones add up in price. So, or course my next stop was Amazon and sure enough, it's here and for less than I was buying it before, I should have known to check here first. Great product, great price, free shipping... winner, winner.

Dear Nature MadeI have been taking the garlic tablets since 1994 I have always bought them at Costcofor a lot less money this is what I don't like about Costco they just stop sellingproducts that you have bought for a long time but the good thing is that I can get them fromNature Maid on line I just whish I could get them at or around the same price that I waspaying at Costco.

REally like the product. The price was reasonable, delivery was fast. And really, I think that Garlic is Garlic. But I try to judge the aftertaste, and this does not seem to have any. So I am happy with the product. And most likely, would buy it again.

I believe taking these daily for 2 years now (I used to buy them at Costco, but they no longer have them), that almost all of the reduction in my cholesterol is attributable to these pills. I can say this with confidence, because taking one of these daily is the only modification I have made to my diet/lifestyle and my cholesterol has gone down from over 200 to under 190. It's the only supplement I take.
