Forget using a hose through the bathroom window, this is the solution!
I initially bought the rinser stick that you attach to your hose and put through the bathroom window and stick down the camper toilet to clean it. What a pain! Plus it's a gross feeling to pull it back out dripping to remove it. I did this at home after a trip because it took so long to do, plus I didn't want to use potable hose lines at campgrounds to rinse the black tank with! I'd rinse at home, but then I had the problem of a little sewage water to drain once rinsed...what to do with it? Buckets to the house toilet.I bought this hoping it would be more sanitary and convenient. Yes it is! It was a bit more involved installing it myself as I have an insulated under carriage on my trailer as well as an aluminum rock guard. So getting to my tank at all took more work, but once installed it's well worth the afternoon spent upsidown in my driveway! Let my calking dry overnight to be sure it was sealed. It made a big noise when I tested it, which surprised me, but then I realized that was normal. I had to do some doctoring with the hose, since the one it comes with was about 20" too short for my tank. I installed it on the opposite end from the tank outlet like recomended. Now I'll be able to rinse using the black water line at the dump stations quickly and not bring home that "bottom of the tank" residue that never just dumps clean. My only issue is now that I've tested it, a little water stays in the line and now that it's freezing, I don't know how to get it out of the hosing. Air pressure didn't work, nor did suction since the water is trapped in the hosing between the connecter on the trailer and the connection to the tank. I left the cap off in case that little bit of water freezes. Otherwise a clean, fast convenient solution for really getting the black water tank cleaned out. No more false sensors.

great product but....
Very easy to install and does a great job flushing my black tank. Black tank was reading 3/4 full when empty for years. After running the water through the rinser for a couple of minutes, the sensors are now working. That thing sounds like a tornado inside the black tank, very pleased with the operation and design of this device. My only complaint is the short hose that is provided with it. RVs are 8' wide so why would they provide a 6' hose? I wanted to mount the inlet connection next to the drainpipe for convenience. A 10' hose would be perfect and that's what I ended up using to make it work.

"Tornado" - It Works Great!
I've always had problems with toilet paper sticking to the level indicator sensors in our black water tank. Chemicals take care of such a problem, but I wanted something fast and chemical free. I was somewhat skeptical at first, wondering if the Tornado Rinser would do the trick... You will need a phillips screw driver, drill bits, a rechargable drill... (the handiest), and a steel hole saw to drill the large, main, hole for the Tornado. Also needed, sissors to cut out the template and a good 100% silicone caulk. Basically, use the template included and follow the super easy instructions. You can't go wrong. Installs in the center side of the tank. I installed mine in about fifteen minutes. I could do it again in five. It's really easy, but make sure you do it right the first time. No second chance once you drill the hole. Hook up to clean water after you dump your tank and turn it on. It really cleans out your tank. Another "Safe piece of advice"...Don't forget to drain the water hose attached during the winter as any excess water in the hose could freeze, crack and damage the tornado.

Lost a spinner
I bought 2 of these in 2017. Worked great but one of them lost the spinner which then got stuck in the black tank valve. Not good have to take the valve off when at a dump station when the valve won't close. We use our rv a lot and it also very difficult to clean since it has a 90' section of the tank that is difficult to clean. Usually takes an hour to clean the black tank once I get home so there is many hours on these spinners.Just something to consider, probably won't be an issue with a normal rectangular tank.

Easy install, works well!
Installed on a Forest River HW227 in the black tank. Very easy to install (don't use electrical tape to hold the template, I was to lazy to get better tape, had to realign for each hole, my fault), instructions are clear & easy to follow. There is NO sealant so make sure you pick some up prior. Only used it once so far but could definitely here it working inside, lots of pressure & spinning like crazy! I used it prior to dumping as my chosen dump station did not have water. Curious to see how well it does when I can dump & flush at the same time.I do recommend this product!
