Looks good, but quality isn't very good. Particular concerns are sticky zipper, cheap lining, and outside pocket doesn't fit a phone.

When I received this purse and was in the process of transferring my items from my old purse to this one, I noticed that the inside pocket had a broken zipper already. I found the broken piece at the bottom of the purse itself. I haven’t even used this purse one time and it’s already broken!?!? Waste of money! Everything is made so cheap these days. What happened to quality items?
