I love HP products
Purchased this Item and in less than 60 days had to return it due to technical hardware issues. I love HP products. This was a nice laptop but unfortunately we had issues.

Great price on a touchscreen laptop with plenty of storage
This is exactly what we wanted. Touchscreen works great. Nice definition on the screen. Speedy response for applications. Not too heavy. Great price. A ton of storage capacity. What else does a person need in a laptop these days.

HP warranty repair is awful
Purchase in Oct 2017 nice laptop but in Feb 2018 had problem with Noisy cooling Fan and since under warranty I thought returning product for repair was right thing to do. There was a a small crack on cover from a light drop but laptop worked fine except for a noisy fan which was there before the minor damage. HP would not replace Fan after sending it to repair facility and wanted $320 to repair cover on a $400 laptop which has nothing to do with problem. Support for purchases from HP is awful even under warranty they find a way not to fix problems

Poor quality
I've had this laptop for a 18 months. I have sent in for repair 3 times. My battery died,cd burner quit, speakers have low sound, cheaply made, something is always falling apart . Be sure to get an extended warranty. Not recommended.

I purchased this laptop, but I am returning it ...
I purchased this laptop, but I am returning it today. This is extremely slow to boot, and slow to load web pages. I purchased another brand and it works much faster. There are no lights to indicate if it is turned on. The power button takes a while for the machine to even decide to turn on.There are no buttons for the volume.

Very poor sound quality with and without headphones
Very poor sound quality with and without headphones. The computer glitched when I took it off sleep mode the day after I set it up, to the point that I had to crash the computer in order to get it to work. Browsing is rather slow at times.
