Bought to replace missing ones
This set arrived on time and as described. Had a set of these for many years but someone apparently liked them more than I did. They work great for assembling new builds or checking wear for service.

Quality chamber checkers.
I use these to verify the headspace in my AR chambered in 223 Wylde. These are worth every penny for a piece of mind knowing that the chambers the correct size.

Nice item for home builds
This is a nice item to have for a home build or verify a preassembled upper. Its not a requirement. And a bit pricey if you only plan to do one build. But it is for peace of mind to know the barrel headspacing is correct and safe after a build before you ever load a live round to test fire. Also nice to have handy if you have an older rifle that starts to misbehave on you and you can't figure out why. For the money , not for everyone. But if you want the peace of mind for the first trigger pull on a home build with a live round worth it.

As described.
Does what I needed it for, battery doesn't last very long though.

Peace of mind
Product worked as expected. Once they were used I felt confident that the head space was correct. This gave me peace of mind when I pulled the trigger the first time.

Perfect gauge quality
This is a perfect go no go set for the price excellent ease of use, the only thing that could be better is if it had a field go gauge

The secret is in the details.
I was going to return my product when I finally discovered how to use them correctly. Here is the trick… After you remove the extractor and ejector, you must put the bolt back in the BCG and AND put the CAM PIN BACK IN PLACE. If you don’t put the cam pin back in, the bolt slides to far into bcg and makes all of the headspace gauges give an improper reading.

You'll have to have very good lighting and eyeglasses to read these
First, the writing on these gauges is almost impossible to read. You'll have to have very good lighting and eyeglasses to read these. I bought these to check an AR I assembled with all new upper parts, before I tried to fire it the first time; both gauges indicated a "no go". (?) Before I headed to the range I checked these gauges on 2 other AR's I knew worked fine, the gauges indicated "no go" on both of those AR's as well. (?) At the range the next day, I decided to try to fire the AR with all new upper parts anyway, the AR worked perfectly. Either the gauges are bad, or all three of those AR's have bad dimensions but run perfectly anyway. I checked the gauges with a calipers, and checked the numbers online, the gauges appear to be what they're supposed to be, but for whatever reason the results weren't helpful on 3 of my AR's.
