8045 How to turn off ALM (alarm)?

Dear! In normal mode ,If ALM is displayed on the screen, Press and hold the RESTER button, then press the START button to turn off or turn on the alarm! In normal mode ,Press and hold the RESTER button, then press the MODE button to turn off or turn on the hourly time (SIG)! When the light is not good, press the LIGHT button on the watch or the middle button to turn on the backlight to provide night vision.

Does the band change color from wear and tear?
