Superior Customer Service // Love the Product
I puchased 2 chargers, one for my 10 year grand daughter's I-6 and for my 13 Pro Max.. My g-baby has T1D diabetes so her phone is her life line and monitors her Blood Levels, it needs to be charged all the time so we can monitor her.. which means my phone needs to be charged as well. The product is easy to operate, we both manage it very well. Mine did have a power/charging issue so I contacted Apatronix to see if there was a troubleshooting method- and all I can say is WOW- what amazing customer service. We checked the device first- then they had me send it back, they quickly replaced the product and I'm back up and running. I also Love the wireless charging feature.. I will also say you can go pretty long before charging is required so no more running around looking for someplace to plug in the phone, this device is very powerful, priced well.

Review; Alpatronix Batter Case Summary: Doesn't work, charge or fit cables.
I have been a long-term user of battery cases for my iPhone. Simply, the charges won't last all day by themselves. Battery cases make sense, add heft to the holding of the phone and let me charge when I want or can. They only have limited lives...I've been through 2 dozen over the years and the longest any of them has lasted is maybe 9 months, then you need to order a new one. Either the battery stops charging up (usual case), the plug connectors wear down and won't function again or the case has a charge but will not charge up the phone. In all of these case, I usually toss the battery case and order a new one (in this case two).I ordered two of these from Alpatronix. When I put the phone into them, I noted a little power in cases (the second case was actually mostly full). But over the first couple of days, the power was gone out of the case and would not charge the phone. I plugged the case in at work and the first one wouldn't charge at all. There is a battery level indicator on the back (4 lil lights!) and it never got off the first light.I tossed the first case and installed the phone into the second case. This one lasted two days then same issues. In both cases, the charging plug (standard Apple issue) would not fit easily into the case and would only look like it was charging (blinking light) when it was installed one way into the case. When I went to report the issue, I was sent from AMZN to the company, then filled out a couple online sheets and finally told to go read my warranty. No one live helped or was a part of the conversation. Ultimately, I tossed the second battery and got on with my life.If you, like me, use battery cases on your phone, please do not bother with these, look for better products.

Unexpected Surprise — Great Quality & Works So Well!
I was honestly a bit skeptical about purchasing this battery case from Alpatronix since I didn’t know much about the brand. I was worried it might feel bulky. But I’m so glad I gave it a try! The case fits my phone perfectly, feels solid without being heavy, and gives my phone that extra power I need during long days. It charges well, looks nice. Definitely a pleasant surprise and totally worth it!

Can take a beating
Update: I kept using my case, which is a bit inconvenient, but great battery back up. It is now June of 2023. Yesterday, I left my phone on top of my car and started driving. On a 40 mph road that police patrol regularly - so I go 40 mph - I heard a "CLUNK!" In the side mirror, I saw my phone tumbling on solid concrete. Upon retrieval, the phone was nearly unharmed. The case looks like it has roadrash. The case still works without interruption. Giving it 4 stars, because its ruggedness offsets its inconvenience.Original review: I bought a case for each of our phones in June of 2022. It is now January of 2023. A few weeks ago, my wife started to complain that her case wasn't charging correctly. After several different attempts to improve the charging and interface between her iphone 13 and the case, I have determined that the case itself has failed. I have a similar case from the same manufacturer for my iPhone13 Pro Max, and it is exhibiting the same symptoms, but has not yet completely failed. The cases never did interface well. I always have to remove my phone from the case to connect to anything USB. It works fine to charge while still connected to the phone, but it won't transmit any data at all. I don't like using bluetooth, due to its - at best - sketchy performance, but I expect USB to work 100% of the time once connected. This case is a big disappointment. I can only caution that you look elsewhere for a better case.

Great battery case!!
I’ve been using the Alpatronix iPhone 13 battery case for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, it’s super handy. It gives me that extra battery life I need during busy days without having to carry a power bank. The case itself feels good in hand, not too bulky like I expected. Charging is pretty fast too.

Case failed in under 3 months - Buyer Beware
I purchased this case for Christmas 2024. It is now the middle of March 2024 and it has failed. The case no longer can be recharged. I have tried switching out the lightning cable and AC adapter as per the manufacturer’s instructions without success.I’ve submitted a warranty claim - perhaps I got a bad device but I am not hopeful. While the case looks OK cosmetically, I did notice the case’s lighting port (the one you plug your cable into for charging the case) had a ton of play, new out of box. You can wiggle the lightning cable up and down a lot which indicates to me it’s poor build quality.I have an Apple Smart Battery Case for the iPhone SE and the lightning port is rock solid after many years - you can plug a cable into and cannot rock it up and down at all.Functionally, when it still worked, the case did give a nice extension to my iPhone 13 Mini’s aging internal battery. The case had a nice heft to it and feels good in the hand.If the warranty replacement is denied or repayment case is low quality again (bad port) the I’ll be updating my review to 1 star.
