These back braces run small so order a size up. It is light weight and cool and I gave it 4 stars because of 3 sewn in hard bars on the back and when you lean back in a chair or on the sofa those bars stick in your back. They seem flexible for me to cut a slit in the bar area and take them out so that is what I plan to do. Or keep them in and take it off when you sit down because they do not bother me standing up or walking. Other than that it is very comfortable. Also it fits snug in some areas but a little loose near the waist line. I do like the reinforcement straps.

Okay first things first. Once you get it out of the bag and try to use it - BE PATIENT! Sadly I am NOT one of those guys who really looks at the Directions. It took me abit to get it so I could put it on - Once I figured it out - smooth as pudding. And It really helped my back when I was washing my truck or pulling weeds in the back yard (ugh)! So as they say it may "behoove you to look at the directions." Good Advice - LWL VA.

I saw the reviews saying to go up a size, but my waist measures at the lower end of the range of the size I ordered so I was like meh, it'll be fine. It is not fine. It doesn't fit at all. I'm not super worried about it as Im on a weightloss journey so itll fit in no time. But when it says it's for waists 43-51 and you think that fits your 44 inch waist even if it runs small...no it doesn't, go up a size anyway. What I can say is that it seems very sturdy. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all so I'm still looking forward to some pain relief once I get one that fits.

I bought this back support because it had a wonderful video demonstrating how to put it on and then showing that it doesn't slip when lifting a laundry basket. I am quite small but Medium was the smallest size. I ended up giving it to my sister who has back issues and ordering another one for myself. The medium fit both of us, even though she is somewhat larger than I am.

This brace which is intended for pregnancy was ordered in the largest size . Yet by trying to use said brace it was gignificantly too small . So in an opinion this brace would be of better use to an individual of fit conditions.

I have degenerative disk disease. When I play golf, my back will hurt for days. I was taking lots of Advil and Aleve and my doctor said I needed to stop. I bought this brace and my back feels fine now during and after a round, without any NSAIDs. The brace is not uncomfortable. If you have a bad back you should definitely try this

They run too small. It looks as if the company uses Crazier sizing dimentions than I thought. Would you believe 3x is about the rigght size for a size ten women?The largest size they had is too small to go around her waist, so it is of no use to her.
