I got the navy blue dress and cut it to above my knee. I cut it with scissors I had but it was uneven, so if you are going to cut it use a rotary cutter or really sharp sewing scissors. I'm lucky my friend sews and she was able to fix it and add reinforcement seams. The blue is not sheer and the material has a nice sheen to it that makes it dressy. The only thing I would change is the tube top. I am about a size 2 and the tube top is a little big. I ended up using fashion tape to keep it from sliding down. I also did not wear a bra and instead wore pasties and you could not see the pasties through the dress. Overall, I am satisfied and will wear it again.

My daughter loves to try all the options. Still trying to find the one she likes best.
