Q: Is it easier/less awkward to squeeze water using the 16 oz. bags, than the larger 64 oz. bags or no real difference? Thanks!

For me, the choice between 32 and 64 ounce is driven by storing them in my pack. I need at most 3 liters for an overnight stop (assuming I'm making a "dry" camp, say a mile or so from the nearest water.) Because of the arrangement and size of my pack pockets, I have trouble making a full 64-ounce bottle fit in an outside pocket. having that much water on one side also makes my pack carry lopsided, which is no fun after a couple of hundred feet. I find that carrying 3 of the 32-ounce bottles lets me distribute the weight more effectively than a 32 and a 64 ounce bottle would. If you always camp by a water source, and never carry more than 32 ounces between sources, then a 32-ounce bottle and one or two 64-ounce bottles (rolled up, empty, until you make camp) might be a better choice.

Q: Does it comes with screw caps >

Yes, each bottle/bag comes with a screw cap. If you lose one, fear not. Most 16-20 oz soda or water bottle caps will fit (except for the cheesy little ones). Word of caution if travelling to Europe -- bring a few extra caps from the US, just in case. I was in Croatia and lost a cap, and the local bottled water had a different cap size.
