Beautiful, once completed. It took me 6 months to finish it (in between work, family and time off). I am happy I stuck with it. I had plenty of string left over, so not sure what some of the other commenters were referring to. The boxes are very small and this is definitely not for beginners. Great quality product and will buy another one, already have my eye on the mason jars with wild flowers. This will be a gift for my grandmothers 98th birthday.

I love keeping busy with cross stitch pieces and this one is a good one. Beware that it is on 11 count Aida and not the usual 14 count but it makes a stunning Christmas piece. All threads are included and the directions are easy to read. There are blends to make by combining thread colors that really make the design pop.

Can’t wait to make this one. Cute as can be!

It is sweet and happy. Got this a long time ago and never did it. Got busy with life. Just found it and it looks brand new.

Nice size project, came out beautiful.

I didn’t realize how boring it would be to work on large sections of almost indistinguishable colors, like in the beard and tree. Also, I ran short on three colors (never had that happen before) and had to raid previous pattern leftovers. The yarn quality seemed substandard. The threads separated and frayed more easily. I’m glad it’s done and it turned out well, but there are literally hundreds of little mistakes due to pattern complexity and symbols that looked too similar.

This is the second one that I have purchased. Absolutely love this kit. Made it last year for dirty Santa gift and everyone was fighting for it. Making it again for a cousin that was heartbroken that she didn’t get the first on.
