I like the instructions- easy to use and does not taste bad. I use it with iodine for a nice boost in my immune system.

Really questioning this product and the two gals who make it. Researched them online and find that it's an operation run by two gals...no address. Who knows what the heck is in this stuff. The reason for my suspicion is that no matter how many selenium (doubt it) drops I add, it just tastes like water. So I decided to taste the stuff undiluted, and it still tastes like water. I have a feeling these two gals are laughing their way to the bank every week!

I like the idea of liquid supplements. They are so easy to take. This one is tasteless for me, but there are others that I have bought that I can taste when I drop them directly in my mouth. I was too curious not to check that way!

I bought this because I have been trying to get all my supplements in liquid form and applying them topically. Any time you can take your supplements transdermally vs. orally, you win because your skin absorbs everything you put on it and immediately goes systemic. So skipping the GI tract is a no brainer since even a good digestive system won't absorb everything you eat. So knowing this, I would highly suggest keeping things off your skin that you wouldn't drink too. Commercial lotions and ANYTHING that says fragrance including perfumes are an absolute no-no.

I am excited about this product, and the idea of testing whether or not my body requires it by how it tastes! I went to a naturopath that used this method to test for minerals, but I have never seen this implemented in a commercial product until now. I tested positive for needing selenium, and tested negative for another mineral of this type that I purchased. How cool that I can now easily monitor my needs and only take what is really of benefit to my body! Love it! I just have to remember to keep doing taste tests on a somewhat regular basis.
