Did not last long!
We bought the 4 camera package in Sept 2022. It had been working fine until last week, then all 4 cameras lost contact with the "Home Base" I have tried everything I can to get the cameras to reconnect with the homebase - to no avail. I have been in contact with the company numerous times, to try resolve the issue. Having exhausted all the options offered by the tech, they have finally agree to send me a new home base unit. It seemed pretty obvious is all 4 cameras lose contact with the home base together - something major is going on. Hopefully the new unit will solve the issue. I believe the unit will have to come from China, so will take a while to get here. I will update.

Very happy with purchase
We bought these after we had some issues with trespassers. We're both in our 60's and live in a remote area, so we really weren't sure if we'd be able to install them without help and that the signal would reach to the barn. They were extremely easy to install! We were amazed at our accomplishment! And the signal reaches the barn without any problem. We're pretty low tech here, so the fact that we had them all installed and running in just a couple of hours was pretty cool. The picture quality day and night is very good.

Waste of money
If you want a set of cameras that give the appearance of motion sensor and security surveillance these are perfect. In a matter of a few weeks they will simply be decorations mounted on the side of your house.1. Extremely hard to set-up.2. Terrible instructions.3. No customer service4. No motion sensor.5. Inoperable after approx 3 weeks.6. I purchased the SD card to review footage, but the cameras have yet to capture any motion.A complete waste of money.

Amazing pictures & videos
Installed them in Africa precisely in kenya. They are amazingly amazing. I can watch what’s going on around my mother’s house day & night. I love them… I can highly recommend!!

Cameras Work Great and Customer Support Is Excellent
We like the image quality, the alarm system, and the ability to use the intercom-speaker system from our phones and from at my desk from my desktop computer. This system works great using a WIFI extender cloud for providing security even for the detached garage almost 100 feet from the residence.

Base Unit
I can NOT save pictures on my base unit. I ordered a 128GB scan disk. But it was 1 inch wise. The base unit will only accept 1/2 inch scan disk. Hannah at the help center is suppose to be working on this. Plus the web soft ware will not update, because the soft ware has NOT been updated, since 2019. We do have some seriuos issues. I tried to call Amazon on this issue TODAY @2:45cst talk to a lady name Julie. WOW couldn't even pass my password to talk to her. BUT, I can use the same password to write more of this issue. NO PROBLEM. NOW, I say DO NOT order these cameras. Support will NOT help you. Plus you talk to to some person from another country. No Thank you GARY July 8 2022 @ 3:00pm cst.
