ISSUE RESOLVED -- Excellent service from the seller, I have several of their batteries.
Second purchase, second bad battery. One works, one will not charge.Same thing happened on the first set I bought. The charger will not even recognize the battery is connected. I even tried a different charger and nothing happened.UPDATE REPLACEMENTS CAMEA few days after posting this the seller contacted me to help with the problem, they sent me a new set, offered a refund or whatever I needed to resolve the problem.Well I remembered I always had great results with their batteries in the past and figured there must have been a bad batch or something. So within a few days I had a set that were sent directly to me. They were fast with a new set. These have been working great so far, and I expect them to be like the first pair I purchased on Nov of 2020, they still have a lot of life left in them, I just needed another set because we are doing much more work.So far I have a total of 6 of their 6Ah batteries, and they all are solid and work great. I have even accidentally discharged them too much a few time and were able to "jump start" them to get the charger to work. But overall, I an really impressed with the service, and wanting to make sure I am satisfied with their batteries. Now if more companies could be this diligent at resolving issues.THANK YOU ZOEY - for caring if I was satisfied.

Long lasting batteries.
Just bought these new batteries to replace the Power Extras I bought in 2020. Id say they held up well.

Good, especially for the money..
I have 2 of the Power Extra 6mah batteries. I bought them in March of 2020. I have since upgraded to mostly Milwaukee Fuel power tools, except for the sawzall and circular saw. These batteries do still work I do still use them from time to time. One of the batteries still holds a decent charge, the other runs dead pretty quick. Are they pouch cell, or tabless? No! They aren’t even 21700 cells. Still old school 18650’s, buuut, for what I paid vs how long I’ve used them, I’d say they are great value if you need Porter Cable batteries. I actually came back here because I’m thinking about buying 2 new ones for the Sawzall and circular saw I still use.

Excellent batteries for the work that I do
I work for a Major window company and I use the batteries all night long, one that is fully charged will last 8+ hours of constant use for installing screws into window sashes. I've tried to use the air screwdriver and it strips out the head of the screws every time.

They work great but are not better than OEM.
These work great. Better than OEM? Absolutely not. I have four of these after i purchased my porter cable. Guess which ones went bad? These did. I purchased four more. Oem batteries are still working fine. Do I use porta cable drivers? No, no i don't. I use milwaukee. These batteries go onto my flashlights. THE BEST FLASHLIGHTS money can guy.

Both defective out of the box
- I just bought a 1/2" Porter Cable drill and 6 1/2" Circular Saw and the reason for buying these batteries because Black & Decker makes neither. I have the Biswaye 20V MAX Battery Fast Charger compatible with both the Porter-Cable 20V MAX and Black & Decker 20V Battery.- When I first received them, I put one in a drill. Only the light came on the drill. I figured it simply wasn’t charged so I swapped in the second one. It worked for the few holes I needed. Afterward I decided to charge them both to get them ready for the next day.- Both showed charging initially and then the red bad battery indicator. This does not happen with any of the Black & Decker OEM batteries.- I thought perhaps they didn't like the charger. I decided to do the normal trick to modifying one of the OEM Black & Decker slow chargers by cutting off the plastic blocking tab. It showed the batteries to be defective. Again, this does not happen with any of the Black & Decker OEM batteries.- With all of the good reviews, it was unbelievable that I would have two bad ones. To rule out the Porter Cable equipment, I modified a 1.5Ah Black & Decker battery to slide into the Porter Cable tools. It ran the tools flawlessly. Even the battery indicator worked. With 2 out of 2 bad, I went for the refund while I make up my mind what I want to buy next. It might be a Porter Cable OEM. Their batteries can be made to work very simply on both whereas it's pretty messy to make the Black & Deckers work on Porter Cables. I wouldn't have both if Black & Decker had the tools I needed. In retrospect I shouldn't have started on Black & Decker but had no intention of going cordless. It simply grew as equipment stated failing and I already had Black & Decker garden stuff.
