No. They haven't responded to me about stale order despite the freshness guarantee.

Q: is your australian black a perfectly soft licorice?

Soft I think is relative. (Not sure what your definition of soft enough is?) I find it soft almost rubbery. I love this licorice.

Q: Is the Finnish black licorice salty?

No. It's the sweet version. Not sure if there is a salty version.
