WG510 WORX 3-in-1 Electric TURBINE Fusion Leaf Blower/Mulcher/Vacuum

After comparison reviews I selected and purchased the WORX510. When it arrived my first impression was, what a beast. It was more than I expected. Especially the leaf grinding set up and next the reversible motor that eliminated switching the air tubes around for blowing or vacuum. When I assembled the tubes and collector bag unit and turned on the power switch nothing happened. Following some quick troubleshooting I discovered the reverse switch activator tang was missing from the collector bag frame. I called WORX help line and was connected to Amber, customer service. She listen patiently and quickly understood my problem. Rather than returning the unit she stated a new bag and frame assembly would be sent. When the bag and frame assembly arrived it was installed and the unit came to life. I have since use the unit and its performance has exceeded my expectations. In my opinion the WG510 is an excellent buy for the price and I applaud WORX customer service.

Weak vacuum and dull impellers. Can’t pick up leaves of macadamias, fig, mulberries.Okay for vacuuming 2 inch leaves.
