Great bargain! Works well…runs a little slow
I love the screen size, 10-digit keypad, thin design, clear sound, and crisp screen image… plus the one year subscription to Microsoft Office was the main reason I chose this computer. It’s been great, and definitely the best bang for your buck. It does run a little slow however. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Junk
This laptop is junk. I haven’t had it 3 years and it only got used a few months each year. The mouse stopped working a couple weeks ago and yesterday (5/3/2025) it stopped turning on. I purchased it in July of 2022. I understand it’s a budget laptop which is why I bought it. I needed an additional laptop to travel with for summers. Don’t waste your money on this or any other gateway product.

very fragile one... lid hinge on one previously owned broke. otherwise open and close it carefully.

Sirve para trabajos básicos, pero el hecho de tener solo 4gb de RAM que tras del hecho son integradas, es decir, que no existe la posiblidad de ampliarlo es molesto. No utiliza un almacenamiento común, no es SSD ni HDD, es un almacenamiento integrado. La motherboard es más pequeña que un iPhone. No trae ventilación de ventilador, si o ventilación pasiva, es decir que no tiene ventiladores. El parlante se dañó de la nada y ha sido imposible conseguir el repuesto, así que desde hace meses no tiene sonido.Puntos a favor el tamaño y resolución de la pantalla, se puede adaptar una unidad de almacenamiento SATA, un SSD SATA o un HDD ultra slim, también trae un espacio para ssd m.2 y la compatibilidad con Windows 11.

Baterry won't charge
Everything look good on this laptop. The screen resolution is crystal clear, the laptop thin and light. Two negative for this laptop; 1st, the battery don't hold the charge I have to keep plug in to use it. 2nd, can't upgrade the RAM, it integrated and no slot for upgrade.

Light weight, great display.
Cámara does not work, microphone does not work, at this point I’m just trying to find out what else is out of order. I like the definition, the light weight.It’s a bit slow with only 4 Gb of memory it sure can use more mem.

Worst Laptop of my life
This is the worst laptop I have ever had. In the few months I've had it, it has crashed twice. The touchpad has absolutely quit working several times. The camera and the speakers take turns not working. I hate this piece of garbage. Absolutely do NOT depend on this finicky machine for work because it WILL let you down.
