Q: Why won’t these work on wire frames?

Most wire frames have separate floating nose pads. You may be able to add these to them but there’s a strong chance they will be larger than the notepads on wire frame glasses. Maybe you could cut them to size?

Q: Can I stack these on top of each other as in double up so I can get it to a 3.6mm thickness?

I have not tried it but the adhesive is excellent, actually better than any other adhesive eyeglass pads that I have used to double up on.

Q: Will these help reduce red marks left by the plastic frames?

No. The red marks are from the pressure of glasses on skin. This helps with grip and will not reduce the pressure from the weight of frames

Q: Can you stick this on to other nose pads that are already on your glasses?

I think it could work but haven't tried it.
