I've tried a lot of Cajun seasonings over the years and I like pretty much all of them, but this one is my new favorite. Tried it for the first time earlier this year and liked it so much that I ordered the big container of it. I plan on using it when I smoke a turkey, I've used it on chicken, salmon, popcorn, veggies, and so far I've loved it on everything.

Todd's Dirt is a staple for me, so did its bayou rise to that status as well? Absolutely. This one's perfect for shrimp dusting, and it's certainly different enough from the original to warrant checking out. Since I'm so acclimated to heat, I'm not a good gauge for you as to whether it would be too spicy, but there's certainly a little kick to whatever I'm making. You can put this on nearly anything. Another winner from Todd!

Has a nice heat to it. Used it on my steak & some chicken. Husband complained I put too much hot pepper. It was fine for me. Guess he won’t be getting any on his food. Guest even enjoyed it. Husband just getting old & cantankerous.

This is the only Cajun spice I will use from now on. It has amazing flavor and adds so much to anything I add it to.

Been using this for years to blacken fish-- but ran out of rib rub the other day and used it instead. WOW! Very tasty.

I found this seasoning in a grocery store but when I moved to a new area it was not available. This is my go to seasoning for all my foods it is the same as what I purchases in the store.

I love to cook and this stuff, as well as any of the Dirt brand goes well with virtually everything I want to cook with. Tonight I did chicken legs - 1/2 with original Dirt and the other with Bayou. Great on both and for an excellent price. 1.5 pounds will not last long in this home!

I first discovered this seasoning at Wine in the Woods several years ago and been hooked ever since. Great on everything where you're looking for that cajun, flavorful taste. Highly recomend!
