Q: Is this keyboard refundable?

Yes, i had to do just that after only a couple of months, save your money do not buy

Q: can you change the lights and if u can how ??

You can change the brightness but not the colour. It's a shame the other guy 'lee' who answered couldn't actually reply properly. I'm guessing by his other reviews that he just likes moaning anyway. Hope that helps. You are stuck with blue.
